The cuisine of a Locanda is simple and genuine, but never taken for granted: dishes from the Cortona culinary tradition, selected meats from our territory, organic cereals, fresh cheeses and cold cuts, and to top it off, the now almost forgotten daily menu. A journey to rediscover the pleasure of our traditional cuisine paired with great wines.
The Menu
The Chianina steak and the Cinta Senese roast are the stars, along with the fragrance of aromatic and wild herbs. Free-range animals paired with Tuscan spices and seasonal fruits complete the menu, to the delight of those who love ancient flavors that tell the story of a territory.

Breakfast
To start your day in perfect harmony, and ready for a day exploring this corner of Tuscany. Simona's apple cake sits alongside her blackberry and pine nut tart, natural yoghurts, cereals and local organic products are offered with light foods such as fruit and vegetables. Homemade jam will accompany your spelt flour or stone-ground flour bread. A delicious awakening of your senses.
The Aperitivo
For an aperitivo or just a creamy cappuccino, Stefano will welcome you with a smile at the bar or on the terrace. But hey, we're in an old mill, so for a snack, bruschetta and Tuscan olive oil paired with a good glass of red wine will be the stars of the show!
