An innkeeper, Stefano, who will welcome you with the typical Tuscan convivial spirit and cme a great host will tell you about the history and passion you will find while tasting our wines. A cook, Simona, who will know how to make you fall in love with her dishes with a genuine, old-fashioned flavor.

Our Story

An old Mill for pressing olives that now houses a charming inn and a special restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine. Whatever the theme of your vacation, the Locanda del Molino is the starting point to enjoy the beauty of the countryside around Cortona, to taste the true flavors of simple but tradition-rich dishes.

The position

Locanda del Molino is located in Montanare, a few kilometers from Etruscan Cortona, at the highest part of the Val d'Esse valley that leads to verdant Umbria and Lake Trasimeno.
